About Cluspora

What is Cluspora?

Cluspora is a mobile app for saving, organizing, and reviewing inspiration. You can keep links from social apps and websites, along with local images, GIFs, videos, and notes, and turn them into a calm, searchable archive through folders, tags, search, and Weekly Review.

What can I save?

You can save web links, social posts, images, GIFs, videos, notes, tags, and content inside folders. Some platforms restrict preview images or metadata, so titles, descriptions, and thumbnails can vary depending on the source.

Collecting and organizing

How do I save a link from another app?

From any app that supports the system share sheet, tap Share and choose Cluspora. The capture window opens, where you can pick a folder, add tags, or write a note. If the link already exists in your library, Cluspora flags it as a duplicate and lets you reassign the folder.

How do I organize saved items?

Create folders, add tags, mark favorites, edit notes, or use search and filters to find things again. Folders work well for themes, while tags work well for cross-cutting purposes or status.

How do tags and folders work?

Folders are themed containers for content, such as “Brand references,” “UI inspiration,” or “To read.” Tags are lightweight labels you can layer on top, such as “typography,” “color,” or “to handle.” The same item can sit in a folder and carry multiple tags.

What is Want To?

Want To marks an item with an action you intend to take next — to read, to buy, to try, or to tidy up. It helps turn a passive collection into a useful next-step list.

Review and search

What is Weekly Review?

Weekly Review surfaces things you saved recently so you can revisit ideas before they're forgotten. You can keep, skip, favorite, or move them into Want To at your own pace.

How do I search?

Use keyword search across titles, URLs, notes, tags, and content inside folders.

Media, backup, and sync

Can I save images, GIFs, and videos?

Yes. Cluspora supports adding local images, GIFs, and videos. Some media upload, cloud storage, or capacity limits may differ depending on your plan.

Does Cluspora support cloud backup and restore?

Cluspora offers cloud backup and restore, but availability may vary by plan, platform, and testing stage. Please do not rely on Cluspora as your only backup — keep a separate copy of anything irreplaceable.

Why are some previews or thumbnails missing?

Some sites and social platforms restrict third-party access to preview images, titles, or descriptions. When that happens, thumbnails may be missing or partial and metadata may be unavailable. Cluspora always preserves the original link and any notes you write yourself.

Plans and subscriptions

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Cluspora has a free tier that covers basic saving, organizing, and search. The free plan may have limits on item count, sharing, media upload, or cloud features, and these limits may be adjusted between versions.

What does Pro include?

Pro may include a larger archive, cloud backup, cross-device restore, media upload, and additional shared folders. The exact list shown in the app and on your store listing takes precedence.

How do subscriptions work during closed beta?

If subscription products are available in-app during closed beta, you can purchase them as usual. Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play and remain active under the store's renewal rules, including into public beta and after public release. Please review price, billing cycle, renewal, and cancellation terms before purchasing.

Can I restore purchases?

Yes. Use Restore Purchases from the app's Settings or subscription screen. Cluspora will check your current store account for an active subscription and re-apply the matching Pro entitlements.

Account and support

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. You can request account or data deletion from the app's settings. Please note that deleting your Cluspora account does not automatically cancel any App Store or Google Play subscription — manage or cancel store subscriptions through your store account separately.

How do I contact support?

Visit the Support page or email support@cluspora.com. To help us reproduce the issue quickly, please include your device model, OS version, Cluspora version, the steps that led to the issue, and a screenshot or short screen recording if possible.
