What to include

To help us reproduce the issue quickly, please include the following in your email:

  • Device model (e.g. iPhone 15, Pixel 8)
  • OS version (e.g. iOS 17.4, Android 14)
  • Cluspora app version (visible in Settings → About)
  • Screenshots or a screen recording, if available
  • Steps you took right before the issue happened

Beta testers

If you're in the closed beta, please mention "beta" in your subject line and include your invite ID if you still have it. It helps us route things faster.
